Pinot Gris

Description :   Sweet wine made from overripe pinot gris on stumps, rich in natural residual sugars. Round and very long, velvety with aromas of quince, almond and honey.

Recommended :   Foie gras, chocolate dessert, old Gruyère or strong cheese such as blue cheese, (Gorgonzola etc). Serve between 8 and 10° C.

Storage :   3 to 8 years
